Mary was great wish I could say the same for the blinds! In the first week a cord collapsed after a calls and a few weeks later that got repaired. Then again it happened in a spare bedroom. These are blinds hardly ever used. (the blind was only pulled up once) he repaired that but in the process the backing of the blind cracked. I have been in contact with Joe since October last year being told they had another blind for us. Each week for months now still not replaced October to February? Hello not good enough. Very disappointed.
