Wow talk about knowing your products. I can even begin to say how impressed I was with the great service friendly staff. Not all solar and solar controllers are created equal and the equipment I now have is the difference between and 1960 Beetle and a Ferrari! Well, generally not happy. I have to ring them each time for info on my panels (160watt portable) one panel shattered couple of days later (not sure how ) i was working on top of my trailer. .its been a week an a half an they dont know anything ( time xmas )..rrrrrrrr....
