Went here to get some large (fuel filler 50mm) hose after being recommend to by AutoOne at Warner's bay and they had just what I needed. Staff where super helpful. In and out in no time at all and the cut the hose to length which totally makes my life easier to install.

I have read some reviews and must say I am shocked. I have been dealing with Pirtek Cardiff for 10 years now, and they have been nothing but fabulous. They know exactly what I need, and 99% of the time have it there and have my repairs done so quickly. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the service provided by all the staff. They know their stuff!!

I'm not usually 1 to leave a review but I have made the mistake of going to Pirtek Cardiff twice now. Everything is too hard and a hassle for the guy at the front counter! Both times quick to get me out of the shop being no help at all. Never again!!
Their word means nothing they quote you won't price you over the phone you go there and they charge you another reptile that's how I feel
Terrible customer service the guy at front counter has no clue, and no respect, and they are overpriced.
Excellent customer service. They ultimately didn't have the item I needed, which wasn't hose related, but the fellow behind the counter spent a good 15 minutes trying to find something to resolve me issue.
