5star all the way. Boat ramp is exceptionally looked after as well as the customer service is outstanding. The work that has gone into it since Tony took over is amazing. What used to be an acceptable boat ramp has turned into the talk of the town. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely terrific, great amenities, includes an aquatic park on grounds, real nice bloke running it and a great spot to visit! Really enjoyed my day there!! Even caught some fish

[THANK YOU TONY AND DAVID]. We came here on Boxing Day and let me tell you what a terribly sad day it was for us. My dad hasn't taken the boat out for a whole year and decides to take it here for fishing. Then we find out he forgets how to release the boat from the trailer so we shamefully ask for help. We felt so bad because we didn't have the proper tools to release the boat, but Tony was so incredibly nice and patient with us. Eventually he got it working. With absolutely shame, we were relieved to finally be able to fish at last. So we drive the boat away and throw down 3 crab pots. Not even 30minutes in and we realise the motor has cooked itself. Stranded 30mins from the boat ramp, we had to call Tony for help, but he told us that it might be awhile since he has to find a boat to tow us back. So we sat there and waited nervously and noticed a random guy named David to help tow us back. While David was helping tow our boat back to the ramp, we saw Tony in the distance on a boat, on his way to help us!! We felt even worse because Tony came out for no reason since David was already pulling us back. THEN when they towed us back, they helped us put our boat back on our trailer. Turns out David and Tony are working together I think? We felt so sorry for bothering them so much, but not a SINGLE time were they disrespectful or rude, they were so kind and patient. So friendly, honestly the typical Aussie kindness. Thank you so much. As a family that comes from an Asian Background that spoke poor English, you definitely made us feel included and one. We offered a bit of money as sorries for the trouble, but they instantly declined it and carried on with their work. We really can't wait to come back. We will definitely be buying you guys some beers. At least let us know what you like to drink.
