Very very very disappointed in this place, 1. Couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks, even though I told them i was in so much pain. I even did a ring around to other locations, but nothing. 2. Bulk billing, ha ha ha had to pay nearly 300 and I'm on a pension and unemployed. 3. They said I could have a support person sitting next to me while I have a Cortisone injection in my hand, yeah right. Needle hurt so much and the nurse didn't even hold my hand, when I was so sweaty and so anxious. Not even worth going here, I will never be returning ever.
Always friendly and very professional. The staff make sure that you're comfortable and relaxed.

I would never use there services again. Staff were great however the fees are outrageous. Dexa scan almost 3 times the scheduled Medicare fee and and the spine X-ray almost more than twice the Medicare scheduled fee. I called capitol imaging and both would have been free. I do not hold a pension or concession card and pay both Medicare levy of 2% of my income and have private health and still out of pocket 210. Don’t use iMed go to capitol.
Terrible wait times, abrupt arrogant person at the desk. Very poor public relations. Radiologists are okay. Won't return been 3 times.
