Always helpfull
I received excellent customer service today. Had a problem with a solar controller, spoke with Adam for about 30 minutes trying to sort out problem we eventually discovered that it was probably my phone causing the connection problems. Adam gave me some suggestions for when I got home and reconnected the controller. Got home and was able to connect with my Ipad and during connection a firmware update was done and then retried my phone and it now works. Adam thanks for any your help with this problem.
We purchased a 6.6 kw solar system and were very impressed with the service price and excellent way this company does business. Excellent communicators and incredibly helpful. I am hard to please but these guys exceeded my highest expectations. Higly reccomend!

The guys at Springers Capalaba were just brilliant in service for quotation, during installation and after sales. We had a 300ah Victron system installed in our caravan. This gave us 240v on tap and a system that so far (6mths) we have not gone below 70% capacity. With a 240v washer, 1500w hairdryer etc all now work beautifully and i have a very happy wife. I must admit the coffee machine is also just great. Thanks to all the guys at Capalaba and a big thank you to Michael. Just great! Thanks
