The guy that came today was incredibly nice and professional. They came early as someone cancelled and did both our carpets and carpet streaching within 45 minutes. Was incredibly impressed with how clean it came out and how helpful he was during the whole experience.

would never use again. Our carpets had no apparent stains before the clean was done. come back and there is a fresh brown stain in our main bedroom. we used our own small Bissell and it was out within 2 seconds yet a professional carpet cleaner couldn't get it out or even bother to mention it to us at all. The guy who did our carpets was very rude and clearly in a rush to get it done as he was already late when showing up. not professional at all
