Taylah always takes my ginormous puppy for a spin round the shop so I can concentrate on my shopping. All the staff @ Cap PB are calm & friendly wich makes for great cust' service. Store tidy & dog water clean.

They appear to be incapable of ringing up a purchase or a voucher correctly. The last straw was my 20 voucher that they couldn't find on their system so after standing and waiting while they were on hold to head office for 10 minutes they put through manually and I get home and find that they have given me 10 instead. I will also not buy fish there any more. I'm done. Last lot of guppies all died within 48 hours and contaminated the tank and cost me a lot of fish. This has now happened to us 3 times but if we buy from another store we have no issues. And they won't honor the guarantee unless you've had your water tested at the time of purchasing the fish to prove it wasn't your fault that they sold you poorly fish.

Lovely, helpful staff and great service. Good selection of products which are pretty easy to locate with all the signage.

The neon tetras I bought from these guys all had white spot without me noticing until I put the with my peppermint bristlenose and cherry shrimp. My fault non the less but there fish are always sick. Never going back there!!! So disappointed

Staff are always helpful, range is good but find it lacks with cat toys and puppy harnesses. Also stock can be very low at times. Seasonal Promo items advertised are generally never in stock
