This is a great place to take your child for there first visit to a toy store, just let the store owner know.

Lyn's customer service for myself went beyond and above! Her her genuine help and professionalism was second to none and I will be recommending my friends and family to go and see her personally as she absolutely made my day. We need more people like her in customer service. Thank you so much Lyn for your smiling face and amazing customer service. I will be back!

I rang 4 other stores around Brisbane to get the Boba Fett helmet in Lego, all said they could not help me. When I rang Capalaba they did not have it in stock, but they tracked one down for me and got it sent to the Capalaba store for me to pick up. They were the only store that was prepared to go the extra mile for me, the staff were great, so now I go out of my way to give them my custom. Thanks again team.

Almost got kicked out of the store when I turned up with an old empty LIPO RC battery (discharged to 0 Volt) just to ask whether I could dispose off with them or how to dispose off at all. The shop assistant said, she sells LIPOs but does not care how people get rid of old products. Felt handled like a criminal with an illegal weapon. Hurts a bit since I acquired quite a bit of stuff from the Mr Toys shops. Ok, lesson learnt.

I never leave bad reviews but today I received really awful customer service at this store. I waited patiently with my baby in my arms while the 2 sales people behind the counter both chatted to one customer & ignored me (that I can forgive). I was told when finally served that even if the website says the store has an item, they may not have it & when I explained I drove there just for it & was explaining what it looked like, the salesperson cut me off & really rudely yelled at me 'well I'm trying to help you'. I get you might be having a bad day but there's no excuse to be completely rude when all I did was enquire about an item that wasn't on display. I'll never go back to this store again. Edit: After reading some of this store's recent poor reviews I can see clearly I'm not the only person who has encountered this awful woman. I think it's sad as I'd happily support a traditional toy store but not now. I imagine in a world where your sales are already steeply on the decline, disgusting customer service is the worst thing you can do. Sorry Mr Toys, your staff (or possible franchise owner) have really let you down!
