My husband and I have been going to this studio for many years. It used to be Bikram Yoga and recently changed to Fireshaper under a different management. We are so lucky to find such a good quality studio and teachers in our little suburb. The studio is beautiful even though you wouldn't expect it being in the middle of an industrial area. But once you stop through the doors, you won't even realise it. The teachers are fantastic and have helped me tremendously in my practice. There are so many classes everyday to choose from to suit your schedule. I highly recommend Fireshaper. My favourite classes are the Flow classes as its a terrific workout and lots of fun.
