Very highly recommend the entire Espresso breakdown team! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable on a range of products and they have very quick turn around times. They were super fast in service on diagnosing a problem with our existing machine and helped us find a new machine that was right for us when the old one could not be fixed. They also took the time to make sure it was setup and working correctly. Thanks again all :)

Took my 8 year old Saeco Syntia in to be repaired. Front counter service was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a call on the same day to tell me what was wrong with my coffee machine, how much it would cost to repair and approx repair/ servicing time. The cost was not exorbitant and from drop off to pick up was the quoted 3 days. Highly recommend Expressio Breakdown for any problems with your coffee machine. Really awesome service. Thank you from the bottom of my coffee loving heart.

I blew a foofu valve (not technically correct) on my ECM Technica. The guys serviced it for me but turned out the problem was a faulty connection. It took a couple of return trips to resolve, but they team were extremely helpful and solved the root cause all under the initial warranty for the service. Very happy with service like that. Has run like a dream since. Best in Brisbane.
Took my Rocket R58 in for repairs and service. Machine was repaired on time with very friendly service. Most importantly, when I struck an issue shortly after bringing it home (issue wasn't their fault), they immediately pitched in and had me up and running in no time. My machine is now running perfectly. Very happy.
