They never answer the phone so you can't make an enquiry unless you travel into the store.

Never have I been disappointed at a Dusk store. The Carindale branch is always fun to explore as they're larger than any others near me. Staff are always friendly and helpful and are honest and upfront if they cannot help you or dont stock what you're after.

They sell mainly candles and associated items. Only two stars although they sell products for fair prices (which I have to say in all fairness), as I have to nominate this business for the rotten tomatoes award for crappy memberships. They asked me to pay 10 to become a member and hand them over my personal data...again, you pay them so they get your email address, date of birth etc. As a reward they offer a 10% discount and a voucher by email that may or may not come after 48 hours (so you cannot use it straight away). And the 10% discount doesn’t seem to apply to a majority of products such as those on sale (or fake sale) and of those that are cheaper when you buy two items (so not really many options left). Anyway, a quick calculation revealed that a typical customer realistically needs to spend nearly 200 just to get their money back for the membership. I mean, REALLY guys? C‘mon.
