Today was the last time I'm giving these guys a chance. Came on in for a part I called ahead for , only to be charged twice the advertised amount. My last two experiences were the same , I briefly questioned it at the time , got palmed off and I just copped it as it was only 10. This place is very hit and miss. Poor business practice which will make you not want to come here again. And the worst part ? The worst part is these guys are actually very knowledgeable. Probably more so then most hobby shops in Brisbane . It's such a shame. But the business practice and inconsistencies make you not want to come here. Sometimes you're made to feel like your valued , other days you seem to be bothering them buying parts off them. Save your money on the excess and go elsewhere. There's hardly anything "budget" about "budget hobbies' when they "usually" have a higher mark up then anywhere else. Again, such a shame as the staff there seem to be very knowledgeable and nice at times.
