Eventually accepted responsibility for the defective plumbing and tiling on the apartment balcony of my apartment. I had to lodge a complaint with DBDRV then after blaming COVID-19 & other delays for 8 months: NOTHING. The reason for the delay. "... a spreadsheet has not been given" They do know where the apartment is and the real estate agent too. I have to reinstate the complaint with DBDRV. I wish you all the best dealing with them.

We butted heads with this company about some maintenance work they were doing above our cafe ! After it all blew over and we organised hours where it best suited both parties they were very helpful and mindful of our staffs wellbeing and also our customers . We thank them very much !
Absolutely useless company, I have several issue with an apartment they manage, every-time we contacted the "building manager" Vince, He would deflect the responsibility and give us a stupid reply that makes no sense. All they do is to tell us to call another number to seek help in maintaining and fixing the apartment's issue (e.g.faulty alarm panel and gate to parking lot) Basically end up doing their job. If i can give 0 star to this useless company, i would but i cant.
The most unprofessional people to deal with! On a business level, they do not deliver on anything they say! The cleaning date was pushed back, the ‘empty’ house was full of other trades, causing us to have to work around them and re-clean things multiple times. They then tried to underpay us. So unbelievably unprofessional! Will never work with them again.
I purchased a unit in the Vantage complex at Highett Road Highett and into its 5th year, it is becoming more and more evident what a shoddy job this company does. They were not inexpensive apartments but they are cheap. The location was excellent but the quality of the build was not.
Have dealt with James and he is very unprofessional! Says one thing, and does another. I witnessed him treating his staff poorly! Look elsewhere for a quality builder.
it's a shame I have to give them a star I've never dealt with a company where no One bothers to get back to you after several emails countless phone calls no one bothers or cares to return a phone call I worked with a lot of large construction companies these lot are the worst an absolute disgrace I'm surprised these people are still in business
We purchased a new unit from buildcorp in November 2017 We have had numerous issues and defects with the property with limited response or action from the company or the staff We would like a response from the buildcorp
