Friendly staff with good attitude. I have seen few review that given 1 stars about the staff are no manner, but I don't think so. Luckily I didn't trust the bad review otherwise I will miss out such of good food. It taste good with the honey as I expected. Well recommended.

My favourite place to have ice cream and drinks. I have been to this place at Westfield Carousel multiple times. The things that I have tried till now are: 1. Strawberry Yoghurt : It is really delicious and not too sweet. There were pieces of strawberry there which I loved. 2. Matcha Affogato : I have been quite lately loving the Matcha flavour. So I thought of trying Matcha Affogato ice cream . I would say I really relished it. It is really unique. 3. Golden Kiwi : My another favourite. Again not too sweet but very refreshing.

Disappointed! POOR customer service. I bought 3 bubble tea's and ask for a container cardboard holder but charged me for additional 20cents for it. So if I purchase 4 bubble tea's I will have to pay 40cents because their cardboard can only hold 2 containers. Too pricey and their container cover is not fitting properly that the tea spilled and leaking . I will never purchase from this store again. Please improve your service or you will lose valuable customers.

worst customer service I have ever come across. me and my mum went there for a drink mid afternoon on a Sunday, there was no one else waiting and no one else in the queue, however when me and my mum were waiting at the counter, the three girls working completely ignored us. me and my mum waited in plain sight at the counter for 5 minutes, and the three girls working there continued to ignore us. on one other occasion I went here with my boyfriend and the same thing happened. Honey creme will never be getting any money from me.

Absolutely Amazing place to get fresh, fruity, creamy, decadent Boba and sweat treats. Myself, my friends use to come here every Thursday and try to come as often as we can just to have this goodness. The staff are beyond amazing, extremely friendly, always have smiles on their faces and are so welcoming. Could not recommend this place enough! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Quick and efficient. Advised my tiramisu has some alcohol on it and it was so yummy.

The guy who is thin and wearing glass is unkind. He didn't serve the thing what I asked to add pearl. And I asked him to get it three times. But, he didn't see the customer. So terrible!! And what I ordered the thing is ice cream was melted at the first time when I got served. Service is terrible! And there was a woman who seems like owner or manager. She didn't care about what the weird guy served. That's best service for me!!
