I just had a maasage yesterday, i used to have a remedial massage in every month. And this is the first time I had BRUISES at my back shoulder. Not sure if this is normal but I never had bruises before every time i had massage. Thinking could be too much pressure.
Been many times. First when I could not walk freely. Anna had me up and about in 30 mins with remedial massage. She has amazing technique. Going for first acupuncture soon.
Have gone here for remedial massage for years and I keep coming back. Good value for money and good service. I've also had cupping and acupuncture here which was good (just didn't seem to help my lower back injury so i stayed with the massage).
Very relaxing remedial massage session after the acupuncture treatment, therapist is very skillful and good strength as I requested . Highly recommended
