Pinnacle Perth is an awesome training institution, I have done all my safety courses with Pinnacle and was working in the mines within a week of completion. The trainers are all very welcoming and happy. Their knowledge of safety is unparalleled. Completing the courses using the face to face method enabled me to complete it very fast. I cannot recommend the high enough. Thanks Guys

Good place for learning with friendly staff
2 DAY WORKING AT HIGHTS SUPERVISOR COURSE - GREAT STAFF - GREAT FACILITY - TRAINING WAS TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD - WALKED AWAY FEELING SATISFIED AND CONFIDENT THAT I NOW HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE I NEED TO RESCUE SOMEONE PROPERLY.

Bad booking system, apparently booking calls are rung through to Brisbane who are obviously not on the same page as Pinnacle Perth. we were Instructed over the phone to send an employee in for a course at 7.15 am. once he arrived we were told from Pinnacle Perth that he was not registered and could not attend Due to online components not being done, however our instruction over the phone was that he could remedy this in the morning at the facility. Pinnacle Perth were not accommodating to their fault and would not offer any solutions. we understand this might not be their normal process, it is also not our process to waste employees time and our own we would have not done this approach unless otherwise instructed ! take some accountability pinnacle !
I've just completed a combined WAH & Confined Space tickets, extensive theory process online & very informative. Practical training and test was well presented, Peter Frost was an awesome teacher, made the course run smooth and easy, excellent training facility, would definitely go back for more training and recommend Pinnacle Training.
Learned more than I could have wished for. Relevant content and awesome trainers.
