Unbelievable service. Jason came and fixed the dishwasher which had a blockage in it, incredibly quick service, incredibly polite and most helpful in answering questions and giving future advice. Even helped clean the dishwasher while he was here. These guys know what they’re doing - thoroughly recommend.

Jason visited today to repair our dishwasher, he called before arriving, arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. It turned out we needed a part which he got for less than the price initially stated and organised the second visit to install within 2 hours. Brilliant work, couldn't recommend more. Unhappy with recent experience. My dishwasher had issues as it was not heating up anymore. Dishwasher technician arrived and asked to use my bathroom which I thought was unprofessional. Then after looking in my dishwasher for half an hour, he said that it would cost 500 to repair because the PC board was broken and that I might as well buy a new one. He said not to use my dishwasher and left a mess in my sink. The dishwasher was full of water that he had not drained and took me ages to clean up. Ended up buying the spare part myself for 80 and installing it and now the dishwasher works fine. Would not recommend
