The staff down here are wonderful actually arrange everything here for you. Not like Bunnings they just leave you alone and hope you find what you need which is very frustrating. Well done team.

Best customer service and best staff
Hopeless. 0 stars. Never this harsh but my visit was a waste of 20 mins. One staff, only 2 customers: one already being served and he still managed to make me feel ignored. Can't even ask, what are you looking for? Oh yes, we have it in stock. Can you come back in 5 mins? I'm right in front of counter with pleasant demeanour. He answered 2 separate calls in front of me, and continued getting buckets and buckets of paint for the customer when clearly it was a tradie who knew what he wanted, knew where things were and was still loading his trolley. I wasn't given a chance to find out if a specific paint colour was in stock in a 4L tin. After my husband went into 2 stores nearby and came back with goods and found I was still unattended, we walked out. My male friend browsed the whole store in that time and was also ignored. Appalling. Why even have a storefront? Just take phone & trade orders.

Customer service is poor and can be improved. They did not help me at all finding a product or solution for my situation, just kept on saying they dont know.
