They charged me 300 for my first consultation then a further 5500 . Then requested 2000 more . When I asked could I pay the 2000 off in payments of 500 they said if it was not paid in full they could not represent me any longer and I would have to self represent !!On my court appearance the magistrate dismissed my case and the charge was dropped. !! Due to no credible evidence .. 5800 spent with this law firm and they never came on my court day ! Worst lawfirm ever

Do not use them they come under prepared don't stand up for you when your falsely accused as they allowed my son to be accused of a hanous crime and they even stated that he probably did it but won't admit it even though he was at work with 72 witnesses cost him his son and my grandson always threatened for more money my son spent close to 30000 for nothing.
This review is from services we received last year. My son had received a summons, we arranged a meeting with the Canningvale office, the person we saw was knowledgeable and made us feel this would be a quick fix. He told us that we would be looked after by someone else and she would make contact. We had nothing but trouble from beginning to end, the lawyer never contacted us, we were constantly chasing her, I rang the Law Society, who explained what I needed to do to get the lawyer to do something, by this time they have your money and as I didn't have experience of dealing with lawyers and the stress of the situation, you end up having to stay with them. Long story short is that this "company" basically, sub-contract the work out, even after my complaints I never heard from the owner of the franchise again, it was probably the worst experience of my live and my son's, we ended up in court with this lawyer 5 times, because she had no idea what she was doing. We eventually found a proper lawyer and after looking over all the paperwork I had saved, documented conversations with the lawyer and email correspondence, he told us he would have had it done and dusted first court date, second at most. I did write to them requesting my money back for the absolute shame that they run, but of course they wasn't going to happen. The only thing that this company have going for them is their great SEO.
This is probable the worst law firm in WA. 1. Lawyers here are very inexperienced. often straight out of uni. 2. Very aggressive prices. 3. Poor quality. 4. The firm is managed out of Brisbane. 5. Ultra high staff turnover (which says a lot about this firm!!)
Avoid at all costs, had a very urgent matter and stated this at the beginning of the consult. We needed forms done before a certain date and was told "we will have someone to help you" and at the end of the consult (on Friday at 5pm) we were told that they don't have any lawyers available! wasted over 1 hour explaining my the whole situation and left us with not enough time to find alternative representation!!! Horrible service!!!! avoid!!!
Sent wrong documents to court then argued with every one involved that they were right. WA Court would not proceed with the case and was on hold for weeks because of them. Other party had to find the right documents so the court would finish the case. guess what Go To Court Lawyers was wrong. WA Courts were right.
Useless! These guts represted me (or should I say- failed to represent me). Took my money on a clear cut case that I should have won. I don't think the lawyer who represented me even opened my file. I had 3 lawyers there over 18 months, then 1 about 6 months before hand who represented me. He failed to substantiate my argument, failed to debate hers, or pull her up on her lies. He failed put the majority of my evidence in- and the evidence that was entered had little to do with substantiating my case. I am now 52,000 down in lawyers fees, and on my 2nd appeal through another lawyer that I am unlikely to win because I can only argue with already tendered evidence, which there was none. Thanks for nothing Go To Court.
