Wonderful service. I have consistently found all of the staff to be very knowledgable and helpful. I source all of my supplies from here for my homemade indoor potting mix. Great service and communication. I ordered the aquaponics small kit (750L tank and 270L grow bed), and it was freighted to my door interstate. Very happy with the experience.
Great place to get my Asian herbs. Things to improve on is to respond on quotations on Facebook Messenger. Up till now, no quotation. I managed to build the aluminium frame by getting it from Bunnings.
Erica is amazing! 11 out 10 for effort. Nothing was to much effort, even rang me off her personal phone because we couldn't get a good signal. Waiting on my order to arrive I'm yet to be disappointed. A great team and a great shop! Will always have my business.

Thank you to Erica for the after service tips! As an interstate buyer, I am always weary about buying goods of value due to the after sales support but I can only speak highly of Aquaponics WA. I look forward to expanding my kit soon, its a shame I can't visit the store in person.
Fantastic. Great community spirit. Provided an Aquaponics session and an Aquaponics tour to our Pilbara group from Newman. Accommodated the kids and adults even indulged us in the most sensational tasting strawberries. Love this place!
