We had a blocked sewerage pipe on a Sunday and contacted Water Tight to see if they could come out to fix it. Josh came within the hour and fixed the issue. He was very friendly and professional. Thanks!

I put a request in to Water Tight and received a phone call within 24 hours to confirm an appointment less than a week out. Josh arrived on the time specified and promptly identified the leaks to my kitchen area and applied the necessary fixes. I was satisfied with the whole process and impressed with the after service customer care. They responded quickly to my emails after the appointment about providing job notes and pictures for me to give back to my insurer. Overall very happy with Water Tight and will recommend to others.
UPDATED: Thank you for your passive aggressive response Tom. Unsurprisingly you failed to mention in your response that my account was only overdue due to an error by your tradesman. As to your dismissive comments about my kitchen values.. I was referring to the recall to repair the water pressure and stop the hammering in my walls coming from the “newly installed” hot water system. I would suggest not asking customers for feedback and reviews if you are not open to recognizing your faults. - I had a really negative experience with Water Tight Canberra. Not only were the staff (in particular the management) condescending and dismissive, I had to recall the plumbers not once but twice to repair issues resulting from the original hot water system installation (at my cost). Perhaps I would have had better service if I were a man.. either way, I wouldn’t recommend Water Tight to anyone.

I had Josh come to our place, he called before showing up and was very polite. He did an excellent job and pricing was fair. I was provided a full invoice with photos and a description of work completed which was a nice. I would use this company again.
I was referred by a friend and I was impressed with the all-round service. Josh called ahead and arrived well within the promised time frame and he completed a cost-effective fix to my hot water issue. I recommend Water Tight as they were friendly and professional in all aspects, with a strong customer focus.
Andrew was efficient and professional. He arrived early in the time window that the operator gave me. When he needed extra parts he went out to get them, returned, and finished the job. The result is much better than the previous piping and the total cost was less than I thought it might be. Would recommend.
Courteous, on time, no surprises, real value. I couldn’t ask for much more. The quote was on par, if not a little generous. Compared to my previous experiences with others, these fellas were leaps ahead in service, they cleaned up completely after themselves, gave the right advice, and did really nice work. This is the sort of business people need and want. Highly recommended.
