Excellent service, advice and value. Did not over sell i.e. the product sold to was based on my hearing needs, I was not pushed towards the most expensive (as I did not require). Very very happy
Very great place. For the first time in a long time I can now hear fully. The audiologist really took the necessary time to determine my hearing loss (about an hour and a half. The price for the pair of hearing aids recommended was half that quoted by several other suppliers. I highly recommend this company and the service provided by the audiologists.
The people at Value Hearing are fantastic. They're really friendly, and the Audiologists (Georgia) definitely know what they're doing and understand how hearing loss affects day to day life. I've had problems here and there with hearing aids and they're always quick to respond to my queries and help me out as soon as they can. If you need a new, affordable audiologist, I'd definitely recommend Value Hearing. Extra perk, they also work with Zipmoney to pay off your hearing aids :)

Having shopped around (Value Hearing were the third hearing centre that I had attended) I found Georgia to be more thorough than the other two and gave a more detailed assessment of my hearing loss. I have been back twice for a check up and adjustment and found both Georgia and Thilini have given me the result that I was looking for. I found Value Hearing to match and in fact better the price on the same product (PHONAX) as their competitors. 10 out of 10 for Value Hearing Canberra Office.
The audiologist was very skilled and I felt that she had a good understanding of my hearing problem. I was able to ask questions, and the hearing aids she recommended are excellent.
