1- Stylist didnt seem to know how to know what the treatment i wanted involved. 2- quoted a higher price than listed online. 3- Had an Aveda voucher that clearly stated you got a certain amount off your first Aveda service. Theny would not accept it & said only for cutting & coloring not treatments! Very poor customer service, Ive been to Aveda Salons overseas & honestly no comparison, very disappointed!
Finally had the chance to write a review. I’ve been going to Roji for 5 years now. Jason and his team are so lovely, and the salon space is so beautifully designed. Jason always takes good care of me and my hair. He’d also happily share some tips and tricks on how to manage my hair. I always look forward to my appointments. It’s like hanging out with a friend (love our chats!) except you get a head massage and leave with great hair.
Jamila was friendly and a great stylist. Asked questions and helped to decide a suitable hairstyle for me. Would definitely go back.
Popped in for my first appointment recently and had such a good experience. The salon is sparkling clean, everyone very professional and friendly. My hairdresser was brilliant; I have very long hair and Emma managed to give it a new lease of life - I love it! Thanks so much team Roji!
I am now a regular at Roji - the location is wonderful, as is the atmosphere and friendliness of staff. Jason is a real craftsman and has done wonders to my curls, as have the colouring experts, and, quality of the products used. I really enjoy the involvement of family members in the business and of course, the welcome massage and tea. It is not just a haircut but a total nourishment experience. You can only know the true experience if you give it a try, I highly recommend!
I just having my haircut with lovely lady name ms Karen she is very gentle on my hair and doing amazing job. And the other girl doing shampoo and hair massage is amazing I highly recommend roji salon is best salon in Canberra. Love Roji
I have been going to Roji for a few years now and love the service they provide. Jason and his team always make you feel well looked after with their approach and attention to detail. The salon is a very relaxed and tranquil setting using quality Aveda products. Would highly recommend!
