Love the comical sign you find half way up the staircase, as you reach the top floor you are welcomed by friendly staff. The open floor rustic decore creates a saloon style setting, as we walked to the bar we were instantly in awe of the overwhelming variety of alcohol perched high above us. We enjoyed great banter with the bartenders as we watched them make our delightful cocktails, I enjoyed all the background stories about each bottle and cocktail. This was such a pleasurable experince. I am so glad we decided to walk in one Saturday night.
Hippo Co has the best cocktails and a very extensive whiskey list. The atmosphere feels really cosy and the bar staff have always been friendly and inviting every time I've visited. Definitely going to visit more often!

I love everything about this place. The intimate vibe, incredible and vast range of drinks and the relaxed tunes as you look out over the square.

I've finally leveled up from the ol'moosies haunt and I gotta say this place is ultra cozy vibes! Also doubles as a great people-watching vantage point, and their cocktails are wonderfully made, with no cheap mixers in sight!!
