They have got paid for doing nothing !! After 2 months 29 days I have asked for a opal card to get to a job interview urgently But it’s with another work agency, where they had headhunted me and ask me to come in. There reply was .... Humm you haven’t pass 3 months yet sorry but no ( 2 days to go ) Atfer begging They where going to ask the manager wilt no reply So I went and I got the job !! I did go back to collect 50 fuel card and a pair of pants Total cost 120?? Maybe So for every month for the next 6 months they rang me and asked me If I needed help? I HAVE REPLIED YES I DO !! 1st month I asked please can I get a opal card? I Didn’t get a reply phone call 2nd month Please can I get another pair of pants As I last one you gave me has split ? I didn’t get a reply phone call 3rd month No it ok you guys don’t do anything anyway 4th month I need your HELP I travel over 4 hours per day I need a new job !! So now I become a risk to you If I leave my current job the government wont give you MY BONUS PAYMENT SO WHY WOULD THEY WANT TO HELP ME( please prove me wrong !! ) So I’ve asked I want to be a opal inspector And I want your help with all of there requirements ,So I can get the job Sure they said, I check it out and come back to you I didn’t get a reply phone call 5 months Again can we help you? Yes I said What about the opal inspector requirements I need so I go the job Again no reply call 6 months I call them and ask come guy what go on with my requests The reply was SORRY WE CANNOT HELP YOU AS YOUR NOT ON OUR BOOKS ANYMORE And you got paid for doing what ?? As an employer I find it extremely disappointing to have such a pathetic level of service when trying to recruit locally. Have tried this organisation a number of times and the apathy is appalling. If I could subtract stars I would. No return calls, emails, or responses to phone messages even when multiple calls are made to them within a space of a week. I truly feel sorry for those people signed up to this provider.
What a useless bunch. I have to wait 3 months for them to get off their arses and help me find work.
