Great and friendly staff. Hilary was the sales person who explained everything for us and gave us great service when we visited the showroom. We ended up ordering over the phone and got a speedy delivery. A bottle of wine was their thank you gift with the delivery. Thank you.

I received my first adjustable bed yesterday. I had the best night sleep i had in ages. When i went to the Sleep doctor at Campbelltown Ben served me and helped me chose the best bed for my needs.I only wish i went to the store earlier. Ben was very caring for my needs and explained to me the best bed for myself i am so very grateful. Nothing was a bother and Ben was extremely helpful and caring. Next time my daughters need a bed i will be taking them straight to Ben at Sleep Doctor. Thanks Ben so very much for all your help and the lovely bottle of wine. Also the delivery guys where most caring in the way they delivered the bed not rough. Thanks Sleep Doctor Campbelltown as well

We spent a day going to all the bed shops in the area and was not happy with the restrictions on style and type that we were after. Ben from Sleep Doctor was brilliant, they were able to offer us any base with any bed head with any fabric. We spent ages choosing fabric and bed head height and we never felt rushed by the staff. We were back and forwards with questions and Ben was happy to help. Bed arrived 2 weeks earlier than planned and it's perfect. Thanks for your help Ben!

We bought a king mattress from them, Stephanie was so helpful and lovely, they even got some textas and paper to entertain our toddler. It was our first shop and purchased straight away. Delivery was super quick. Got our mattress with a bottle of wine which was such a nice touch ️

Fantastic service ! Ben was super helpful and patient with us and enable us to choose the right bed for us. Additionally delivery was free and our product arrived less than a week after purchase. John was also very supportive in arranging the delivery. Service was to a very high standard , setup was quick and easy . Absolutely would recommend these guys . Don’t go elsewhere shop at the sleep doctor . Great prices and fantastic service.

Walked into their store today with my partner. The staff members would rather chat and toss scrunched paper into a trash can than make a sale. Walked in, (no other customers in the store at all) sat on a mattress to feel the quality, looked over toward the staff as if to prompt a greeting, they looked away and continued chatting amongst themselves. Walked out and went to 'Best in Beds' next door and bought a mattress from their lovely staff members. Sleeping Giant and Best in Beds seemed to care about delivering a product, I'll be sure to tell my story to anyone I know seeking a quality mattress to go somewhere other than Sleepdoctor.

Ben was our salesperson. He provided a lovely, friendly service and was knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We bought an Australian made mattress from Ben, which was manufactured in Melbourne and delivered when he said it would be delivered. Our new mattress is wonderful, haven't slept so wlel in years. Next time we are looking for a mattress, we won't need to shop around, The Sleep Doctor Campbelltown will be the place we go to. Very happy, thanks Ben. Jayne

Very unhelpful service, was enquiring about a mattress for our kids first big bed, if it wasn't for constant prompting on my behalf, we probably wouldn't have even been told what mattresses there were on offer. I still have no idea what we should be buying for him. The guy was quick to tell me how he's been in the industry for years and has never heard of a bed like the one we have at home, but then couldn't even sell us on any mattress. Happy to spend my money elsewhere. Highlight was the aquarium next door, my kid loved it.
