Took me a few years to find a decent pool servicing business. I would not go anywhere else now. Very professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Costs are also reasonable. Now we enjoy a clean blue pool all year round. I highly recommend this business.

Went in yesterday to get our first free water test done so we could compare results to our strip tests. Accidently went to these guys (SwimMart) as google put Poolwerx around the corner who we intended to go to but weren’t actually there - thanks Google and Poolwerx. SwimMart Campbelltown were brilliant! Russell, mate thank you so much. Great talk, great info. I’ve done a lot of Youtube research but you mate just made it all make sense. You also confirmed the pool guy we hired for our first 3m of pool ownership was really bad. So I’ve been fiddling with our pool maint for the last 6m and the test showed I was spot on. As far as pressure to buy stuff - Russell almost told me to go away and keep doing what I’m doing but told me how to improve my methods so much. Russell’s info was a game changer for me. We walked out with a free water test, an hour or so of advice and explanation (not a sales pitch) and spent zero but are so much richer with knowledge. We’re going to SwimMart for everything from now on. Have been using Bunnings stuff for a while but going to SwimMart from now on. Great work Russell, you restored some faith in your industry for us.
Extremly friendly and professional staff who give sincere advice regarding repairs and pool care i highly recommend them as they never give you poor advice aandthey go out of their way to save you costs associated with your pool. Thanks guys keep up the good work i really appreciate the service and advice you have given me.would highly recommend.
