Disgusting customer service from the female working at the front desk. The team member blatantly ignored, and did not even acknowledge my questions regarding false advertising and incorrect prices. She forcefully proceeded with the transaction process despite my concerns. The worker clearly has zero people skills, and does not have a basic grasp on how retail operations work. This individual's behaviour and conduct is shameful, and her arrogance is setting the business up for serious consumer law breaches.

Absolutely disgusting chemist! Staff accuse people of stealing make a sene till proven wrong and then offer no apologies. Shame! Shame! Pathetic staff members with little experience trying to be doctors and coppers. Definitely NOT worth a star!
I’ve been buying many products from this store, yearly. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly but today I asked a girl called Amety to point me in the direction of one of my regular products, as things were moved around and not only did she not know what the product was she didn’t bother asking the staff I usually see there for assistance. Even when I asked her too. Went to macarthur Square instead and they knew what I was talking about straight away.
One of the female staff (younger-looking one) likes to lie about the availability and price of face masks. She thinks that people can’t check online. Bad customer service.

Danielle who matched my daughters and friends skin tones was super patient and had such a great knowledge of products and beauty related topics. We walked into the store and were directed to her by Abu who himself was a lovely gentleman. Lovely staff and customer service. I will be visiting her more often. You all should be very proud to have such lovely people working for you. Good on you Danielle!!!!
Booked a flu vaccination 4 days in advance and received a email confirmation for all clear. Turn up for the appointment only to be told that they ran out off the vaccine. Waste of time no SMS message or email beforehand to cancel the appointment, nothing!! Not even a sincere apologie in person.
