Definitely recommend. Just serviced my car, nothing unnecessary repair needed. They may ask you to change the tires even if they are still good for 5-6 thousands kilometers but you can say no if you know how your tires are. Pretty good price for servicing. Coffee machine, nice waiting lounge, cold drinking water and TV. Lovely receptionist, she will not call "Your Car" she will say "She is (car) ready" / "She has been serviced". Something I never heard people calling "She" to a car, no idea which car is She and which is He, Mine Mazda Luxury Sports is She Anyway, it sounds lovely. Thanks to her kind . I have been ripped off by other service center asking for repair when not needed so now I started to service my car in NRMA. Next door is auto parts store, good price for parts there, friendly and helpful staff. Across the road is Ultratune service center, they also pretty good people you can trust.

I dropped by about a week ago bc I was on a road trip and started getting a brake light bulb error all of a sudden. Although I didn’t have any appointment, the ladies sitting behind the admissions desk accepted the car into the workshop for a quick replacement. It turned out the error was misleading and I didn’t have any problem with my lights. The staff here are very friendly and cheerful, and of course they’re so professional. Thanks guys for your kindness, help and professionalism.

Appreciated the staff accommodating to fix my car in a hurry. Also offered friendly service. However I do feel like I was overcharged. Knowing I was needing my car fixed the same day, I was advised that they could get genuine Nissan parts fully installed for 450 but not until the following day, or they could get aftermarket parts from repco for repair the same day but it would cost me 700. I've never been to any mechanic that would charge over a 50% premium for non genuine parts. Seems a bit odd to me.
