I am an employer, my advise would be to avoid these people at all cost. recently had some unsolicited contact from a Representative of Max Employment. Highly unethical behaviour. I tried on several occasions to speak to her superiors, i was promised a call back four separate occasions never eventuated

This place should be shut down. They are only interested in collecting government funds and threatening poor people with the removal of their only source of income. The campbelltown office is a particularly bad example for this company. They have a terrible reputation and no one would go there unless coerced. Their results are dismal and you are mostly ignored unless you get your own job where they will chase you to the end of the earth for the details so they can make more money from you. Never give them the details. Ghost them, no details mean no money for them. Job seekers in this place are miserable. I have never met anyone who has dealt with them say anything good about them. If you complain about them on their own web site watch out as they will immediately call and demand you remove it as it effects their performance review and their own pay rise. The manager is really aggressive about this and highly unpleasant to deal with about it. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place should be shut down, they do not help anyone get a job, they are there to collect money from the government who is only too happy to give it to them instead of helping the people who get sent there by Centrelink. They send people to a place called Father's Care who are also there collecting money from the government and do precious little.

If I could give no stars I would. This agency is government funded joke. The staff at this office are rude and don’t own their mistakes. They play God with peoples lives. My daughter has mental health problems and hands in her medical certificates etc and Max Employment inform Centrelink that she hasn’t met the agency’s job search requirements thus enduring up to 6 weeks with no finance. I am on a cares pension for her father who is in ill health and trying to survive on that and help to get food and medications for my daughter is causing massive problems within our family. Max Employment pass it over to Centrelink then contact Centrelink and they pass it to Max Employment. I wish that these two agencies had better communications with each other. It is frustrating and heartbreaking when people do the right thing and this system totally screws them over. Max Employment clean up your act...you are not God you are public servants.

This place is a complete joke! No help for my unemployed son whatsoever! Then he gets a job on his own merit and they don't do their job after being told he is working fulltime they put him done as not meeting his requirements but they have been in contact with his employer??? Then i ring to help sort it out as they keep giving him the run around telling him he has to call on the day of his appointment to say he is working when he cannot call he is not allowed on his phone at work. So i call that's not good enough. I get some lady screaming down the phone at me. These people are lazy they do not help young people into work. They just drain money from the system. He has a job. A FULL TIME JOB! that you did not help him to get! But your still screwing him over.
