I have bought a used Holden Captiva on 19th of August 2018. It was a used car with 3 years of complementary roadside assistance. I did my car service four times in last two years. First service on 18/01/2019, Second service on 13/07/2019, third service on 08/04/2020 and fourth service on 25/09/2020. The delay of the third service is due to Covid 19 situation which we had to reschedule a couple of times to find a suitable time and date. However, they cancelled my roadside assistance without warning due to an eight-month delay between the third and second services. Furthermore, I continue to have my car serviced with them (did the fourth service) and the period between the fourth and third service is just five months this time. No one from the service department told me that I had lost my free three years roadside assistance because I didn’t maintain a six months gap between my second and third car service. I didn't know it until the 21st of March 2021 (Sunday), when I inquired about the roadside assistance and was told that it had been deactivated. Since it was Sunday, I was unable to reach them. I needed to contact NRMA for assistance, and NRMA charged me additional fees as a result, which I might have avoided if I had known the details from Macarthur Mazda in the first place. When I tried to contact the service department, the gentlemen told me that I had only done two services in the previous two years. When I refused, he reviewed my account again and said the service distance between second and third is too long, and finally he said he would review my account and get back to me later, which I have been waiting for more than a week. But there was no response.
Worst customer experience. Drove my car without informing me. Walked out of the dealership more confused than when I walked in.

Macarthur Mazda, in particular Lisa, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealership. I had to have a replacement part installed in my car and they made the process so seamless and easy. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up a few hours later. I'm very happy with the work and I know where I will be going when I need to upgrade my car.
Had a great time working with Daryl and Phillip, both helped me and assisted me with a low knowledge on finance and in general questions about the car. Down to earth guys, who are willing to help if you ask, would highly recommend Daryl on your next car shopping trip, works hard and has your back every step of the way!!!!
This is perhaps the best car dealership in all of Sydney! Right from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out in our new car, our experience was fantastic. Alana, Davey, Daniel and Gus are an amazing team and we highly recommend them. Their goal was to get us in our dream vehicle by removing challenges and bottlenecks rather than putting more pressure like traditional car dealerships do. It is unbelievable really and restores my faith in buying from a dealership! If you're looking for a new Mazda (which is a amazing brand!), regardless of where you live in New South Wales, I suggest you start by paying a visit to Macarthur Mazda - trust me, you won't regret it!
