Don't waste your time with Landcom First off we wanted to buy a block of land and was told to come back on Monday. Land was sold during the weekend. Then we were offered a similar land for a more expensive price. We put a deposit, then weeks later the 5%. This happened in September of 2020. It was meant to he registered in October of 2020 AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. No communication skills from head office or Garry from Macarthur Landcom. We were going to buy in Gledswood Hills and that land has now been registered. Now settle is April, but we are contracted to build in March. Unprofessional and very delayed. 5 months delay is ridiculous. Landcom keeps blaming the council and the council keeps blaming Landcom
