Dear Jade, Sorry to hear your unhappy with your experience at Macarthur Family and Youth Services. The WISH (Womens Indegenous Supported Housing) program is a partnership between a number of local services and decisions are made collaboratively to improve parenting, gain independent living skills and stable accommodation including being networked with other support services, I am happy to discuss any decision that concerns you. We have a complaints process available to all families supported, we take all complaints seriously and your concern will be looked into, I encourage you to contact us. I hope this was helpful. Kind Regards, Veck Apostolovski Director Macarthur Family and Youth Services Ph (02) 4620 4667 Our office is located on the land of the Dharrawal Nation. We pay respects to all Aboriginal Elders, past and present, and to the children of today who are the elders of tomorrow.

Very very unprofessional.**STAY AWAY FROM THE W.I.S.H PROGAMME** Gives Young girls false hope that at the end of completing the programme you will be housed in a stable home they get you signed into programmes making your attendance to weekly groups compulsory not sure why, maybe to keep funds coming in so they can continue to have pointless jobs, Wasting people's time and lives and in the end leaving the young mothers and their children out on the street . Any young girls told about the WISH programme just look at it as temporary housing, I wouldn't buy furniture or spend too much money . At the end of it you will have nowhere to go let alone store your furniture/household items!
