Service was fresh and fast, but the restaurant when I visited was absolutely trashed. All the bins were overflowing, all tables and chairs were dirty inside and outside. There were birds fighting over rubbish in the car park. Not very Covid Safe hygiene.

Chicken dry and burnt. Server at drive through didn't say anything apart from the price of the meal. Not a great experience. 2/10 would not recommend.
Hi, love the place we go there, twice a week. Staff are very helpful and friendly service.
I am giving 3 stars for food quality chips were soggy and cold. Chicken Pieces were small and dry.. we ordered 21 pieces and received a box full of tiny wings and drumsticks. Service was fantastic staff smiled and offered to help me take my order out to the car.. and served me with a smile.

The restaurant looks shabby and in need of a deep clean. I was surprised at how it's changed from a few years back. Also very young team members working on the front counter who lacked basic customer services skills.
fresh food, quick service and the staff were very pleasant even though they were very busy. enjoyed all of my meal and didnt find anything that was unsatisfactory. chicken was well cooked, burger was well prepared and wrapped, chips were fresh and cooked well and my drink was nice and cold and to top of it they included all the napkins and condiments in the bag.
I take my rating back! 17.3.21 coleslaw was very very tangy with a odd after taste so it went in the bin. The potato n gravy had more potato than gravy, the gravy was also very bland and tasteless and watery. The chips were really undercooked, was like eating half raw potato and the chicken was quite small and very dry. Such a waste of money spent that day. Where's the love in the food? Other than this the staff were great, felt sorry for them they looked understaffed and overwhelmed, poor kids. Next time we will drive to crossroads KFC cause we won't return here.
