I strongly recommend NOT using this service. They take family members out of family homes and put them into group homes, and away from family not doing the doctors appointments or medical appointments keep them from the goals setup for them to do. Keep them from contacting family and make threats over text messages. Totally unsatisfactory and unreliable. Stay away from Just Better Care. My rating is ZERO.

I strongly recommend NOT using this service. They constantly make changes to my service without notifying me. They send different people, they change the time, sometimes no one turns up, and THEY DON'T NOTIFY ME!!! They even told me the regular worker had LEFT!. She turned up 3 weeks later, she had been on leave, she hadn't left at all. Totally unsatisfactory and unreliable. Stay away from Just Better Care. My rating is ZERO.

The staff in the field are great. But since my coordinator has left it feels like I'm just a number to the office staff. Where as before it felt like I was being well taken care of n staff in the office knew my name and my situation.
