ILLEGAL SERVICE!!! They insisted to calculate my income on a monthly summary document on which is well written: "NOT AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OR TAX DOCUMENT". Also in the end of the document is written: "THE INFORMATION IN THE SUMMARY DOES NOT REFLECT YOUR PERSONAL TAX SITUATION AND IT IS INFORMATIVE ONLY. NOTHING IN THE SUMMARY CONSTITUTES TAX ADVICE NOR AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN UBER AND YOU, NEITHER EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL TAX ADVISOR OR TAX ADMINISTRATION FOR YOUR PERSONAL TAX OBLIGATIONS". I found mismatch in the amounts paid there compared with my weekly payouts. When I disagreed and asked them to calculate my income on my weekly payouts, the reply was: "Go to other accountant". Correct me but it is illegal to declare to ATO my income on "NOT AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OR TAX DOCUMENT" which "IS INFORMATIVE ONLY". It's ridiculous.

Absolutely dreadful experience. 2 months after my first appointment and still no return. Then they go ahead and lodge a completely unsatisfactory return without my authorisation! Completely incompetent. AVOID!!!
The website has different hours to the sign on their door. Which I found out after driving all the way down here, Because I have been trying to call them all day and spoken to their customer service centre on numerous occasions who also told me that they were open when quite clearly they are not.
The woman who answered the phone was so rude. Avoid this place like the plague. She even told me to go ahead and lodge my return elsewhere. The worst tax return ever. If there was a negative star i wouldn't hesitate to click it,they don't deserve even a 1.
