Early Settler is just a shop front. How nice it would be to walk in, pay your money then walk out with your purchase. Not at Early Settler, barely anything in stock so be prepared to wait. Two months ago I paid for a door knocker. Still waiting. Some really nice items but not that nice to wait for months.

Ordered a couch a month ago and the delivery has been pushed twice already. The second time it's been pushed to may which is 5 months away, staff has no idea why it's been pushed and can't promise that it would be further delayed or not. only compensation was free delivery which isn't great for such a long wait and grumpy staff members.

Purchased a Queen bed frame only to come home with two different coloured parts. Finally had this resolved after a bungled delivery to then discover I was given the wrong sized slates... It was only after a terse discussion with an area manager did I finally recieve a refund. Abysmal customer service. Much easier to buy online.
