Dr Chin is a wonderful ENT specialist! He has a great bedside manner, he is great with kids, and is patient with parent nerves and questions, taking the time to explain the process and help to explain risks and benefits. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed as well as grommets inserted and a turbinectomy at 18 months old and she was a much happier, healthier little girl after her surgery. Her grommet reinsertion at 3 years old went really well and she's barely been sick in years. He got her in quickly both times, and operated quickly. The audiologist in his consulting rooms is excellent with kids too. Can't recommend him more highly, he's a lovely person and a highly skilled specialist!

I believe only with Telstra you can wait longer to talk with someone for an appointment, and on top of waiting time the receptionist is extremely arrogant.I don't understand way is she in this job or any other job???Just ridiculous service
Dr Chin is a great ENT, very personable and we are grateful for what he has done for our daughter. (apart from arriving to hospital an hour late on the day making hangry toddlers wait even longer for their surgeries). However his administration needs improvement. The manager Jenny is rude, and the practice needs to join the rest of us in the 21st century. Every aspect of the process was slow, from phoning 8 times just to get an initial appointment due to no voicemail, to receiving quotes and then hospital admission forms via snail mail (the day before the surgery mind you). It should all be done before leaving the initial consultation like most other surgeons or via email. We had to pay prior to my daughter's surgery, and 2 weeks post surgery I'm still waiting for the receipt so that we can claim back with Medicare and Health fund!
Dr. Chin is a friendly specialist. However I was charged 900 for 3 visits that were an average of 10 minutes each. And the ear issue I was referred to him for, was not fixed.
