Amazing service and fantastic communication from beginning to end! I ordered 4 diffusers and they arrived safely within 2 days. They were packaged so carefully and they smell incredible! This is my first ever google review and I am compelled to write it after the experience I have had with Candles2Go. I live in the UK and decided to send a dear friend of mine in Sydney a gift from Candles2Go for her birthday as I was already 2 days late. A member of your team -Stephanie, had called my friend to explain that something in the package was damaged and would not be delivered, her manner was extremely officious and rude. It was unpleasant and unnecessary. My friend asked what was damaged and was happy to have the package sent with an alternative - the conversation didn’t get that far. Your team member asked if my friend wanted a refund which she pleaded for her not to do yet. She hung up without warning. Straight away afterwards my friend saw she had indeed immediately refunded the purchase. I subsequently emailed Ben from Candles2Go to reply to how my experience was. I express my disappointment with this lack of customer service. His response, "We will look into it internally." No apology was offered. Serious work needs to be had in the customer services department and I hope that anyone that orders with Candles2Go does not have the disgusting experience I had with Stephanie and the team.
I would highly recommend this fabulous company. I ordered candles to be sent to my sister in Adelaide as I am currently in the UK. The service was exceptional. The candles were extremely well packed and delivered quickly and my sister was so happy to receive them! She said they smelt divine.
I am always happy to purchase my candles and diffusers from Candles2go. Their customer service and prices are great too. Highly recommend!
