After being stuffed around with other hire car companies, I was directed to Budget to hire a beautiful brand new Prado. Handing the car back was going to be difficult as I have 2 babies & it wouldn’t be possible until later on when my partner came home, I had a lady named Louise offer me to drive to Budget then have their very friendly detailer (Dave I think his name was) drive me home & help me get the baby seats out. I was so impressed with this customer service, this is the only company I will deal with if I need another hire car. Thank you so much for helping a young mum out, you guys really went above & beyond

Incredibly disappointed to receive a phone call this morning, cancelling my booking the day before, due to people not returning their cars when scheduled. I hired this car out to attend a very dear friend's funeral and thanks to the last minute notice, there is now nothing else available for hire elsewhere and I've no way of getting to the funeral. No effort or offer was made to help find an alternative in anyway. I would've hoped there'd be a better policy to protect other customers who had reserved cars.
