After phoning local repairers in my area and also Miele without success, I found this company online. Franco responded to my text with a phone call that evening. He was at my home the next day and repaired my dishwasher with utmost professionalism. He was polite, courteous and knew exactly what the issue was. Franco placed protection down on my polished tiles so as to avoid any possible damage. Wow ..... this was such a refreshing change to find a dedicated tradesperson whom takes pride in his work and doesn't stuff you around. My recommendation to anyone with an appliance issue would be to save yourself the heartache of chasing trades and just call or text Franco, you will be very happy you did.

Think its best to get some one who is nuanced into the inner workings of your machine. He seemed to know Miele washers inside and out (which is what we have). Also mentioned he knew bosch really well. Conducted him self with an air of confidence and completed the job super efficiently in 20 minutes. No nonsense guy, but pleasant too - not gruff like some tradies are. Price was reasonable.
Utter professional: responded quickly, explained his work and provided overall great customer service experience. Strongly recommend to anyone who owns a Miele!
