Amazing staff, very helpful in choosing the right tile. But they can easily be better to make sure their costumers are happy.

Range seemed to be a little limited, as well as a bit expensive. When the girl eventually got back from her lunch (we were told she would only be 5 minutes when we went into the store, closer to 25 minutes later), she was helpful. It does seem pointless to leave someone in the store who does not work there, who has no idea about products or price. would be better off closing the store for the period of time it takes for staff to have lunch rather than tell a customer 5 minutes when it is never going to be 5 minutes.
Great tiles at a very reasonable price. We worked with Sarah, who was kind, helpful and super patient as we went through everything.
