George Bob and his team condone and use Gazumping tactics to inflate prices for properties they sell. Something I have experienced first hand. This place is a circus. I strongly advise you use alternate and reputable agencies in the area, and stay away from this agency which does not have a moral compass when negotiating.
I recently sold my mother's property at 70 kelvin pk Dr Bringelly. I had been considering a number of offers leading up to the auction but no deposit had been taken. Just days before the auction a potential buyer showed up asking to be shown through, I called George Bobb to have him do so. Having been shown the property he immediately made an offer well above anything I had previously had.I telephoned my siblings who urged me to take it then and there. So a deal was made. I do not feel that George has done anything but his job and after all it was I that accepted the offer. After all how would I have explained to my siblings that I had accepted an offer 260000 less. Those who missed out should just look for another property,there are plenty more.
