Never been but I was hung up on by the front desk, granted I was a bit flustered confused because I thought I had called the wrong number, but I wanted to talk to them regardless. I was not rude just taken be surprise. Will not be going here if this is how reception treats people.

Not the best experience I’ve had. Edit- thanks for explaining It. was a very distressing experience tbh. Even if you canceled pled... still if I needed it you wouldn’t do it anyway because you were closing, plus your senographer wasn’t even there when I arrived! You messed up the dates.. you guys made a mistake and that’s ok..you booked me in October, I waited till December for nothing- A simple phone call to say to not come in would have been way better! I took a taxi there, I pulled out the money in cash. I postponed work as I squat while I work , stand and lift heavy objects all day. I believe your body needs at least a month to recover from any varicose vein procedures accept spider veins. The venous system has pressure from heavy lifting and my job probably caused it in the first place and my genes combined. If you don’t understand why I got upset, then I don’t know why you work with people. At consultation you rushed it, kicked me out fast to see other people. If you took more time we wouldn’t have none of these issues. Thanks but no thanks. Already got sorted by another doctor in December 2020 please don’t do this to others.
Dr Dhillion, what can I say.... I am so happy with the result of removing my varicose vein , my legs look great again!!!. No pain, very comfortable and I would highly recommend you to all of my family and friends. Thankyou so much
Just had EVLT for leg veins a couple of days ago and so far very happy with the treatment I have received from the Doctors and receptionist.
My husband ,who is a GP recommended Dr Dhillon 10 years ago to address my large varicose veins and spider veins that had formed following my second pregnancy. While those varicose veins had never returned unfortunately varicose veins are hereditary in my family and a new unsightly vein appeared which was not only impacting on my choice of clothing attire but was also uncomfortable and painful. I had no hesitation in returning to Dr Dhillon for the procedure in July this year. EVLT was performed to remove the bulging vein which extended from my thigh area to below the knee. Throughout, the procedure Dr Dhillon checked in on my comfort level and I must say I felt no pain or discomfort. I am very happy with the result and am continuing with sclerotherapy to remove the spider veins. Highly recommend the clinic
Skill and a deep love for one's chosen profession are qualities i search for when deciding upon medical procedures and in this instance i was not disappointed. Being in the airline industry for many years i am privy to pools of experience and information that crew are only too happy to discuss. Fortunately, i was referred to Dr Dhillon (15 years ago) for unsightly veins that were exacerbated by the constant pressure placed on my body as a flight attendant. At this time, i was concerned with the superficial veins on my legs and hadn't given any thought to the dangers that were lurking beneath. Thankfully, Dr Dhillon felt it necessary to delve a little deeper and investigate if there were any issues regarding vericose veins and deep vein thrombosis. As a result of his intuition and care a deeper health issue was thwarted by the removal of vericose veins in my legs. Throughout the procedures i've undertaken with Dr Dhillon over the years, it's critical to note the trust i place on his professionalism and integrity. As a consumer, i'm constantly searching for great service that yields results. Look no further!
I first saw Dr Dhillon in 2008 to address my large, unsightly varicose veins and spider veins. I did extensive research prior into EVLT and Sclerotherapy, and understood the procedure could be a year long commitment, which it was. 9 years later I could not be happier with the results as my varicose vein has never returned. Nonetheless, veins are heredity in my family and Dr Dhillon described my spider veins as like 'weeding the garden', meaning they most likely would require maintenance as the years progressed. So this year, I returned to Vein Care to address new spider veins, and have experienced the same professional and caring treatment. I could not be happier and highly recommend the clinic. Dr Dhillon is a perfectionist and a leader in his field. I recommended my father and he too has had amazing results for hideous varicose veins. Trust the process and you will not be disappointed.
