Visited Dr Tan for suspected carpal tunnel. A gentle and nice guy who conducted a very thorough examination pre nerve conduction test. He asked many investigative questions and was patient while we asked all our questions. He was very willing to help provide evidence for work reasons. Very happy with our experience. The secretary was also extremely helpful.

Dr Swee Tan is incredible and helpful. The receptionist is so lovely lady. I’ve been involved in a car accident and I have seen 2 other neurologists since then but no one helped me like Dr Tan. He is calm and truly willing to help his patient. He is knowledgeable human being, he understands my symptoms such as tremor and other neurological problems. I’m confident that Dr Tan will help me to get rid of my every day pain. I highly recommend Dr Tan.

If you have money you'd like to waste, he's the doctor! A disappointing experience with Dr Tan who provides no information greater than what my GP advised, make no suggestions or recommendations for improving my health or ongoing neurological symptoms. He read the radiologist's report as if it were his own interpretation of my scan when presenting the findings to me, I only found this out when I asked for a print out of the radiologist's report which he was a little reluctant to provide freely. Further, he could not answer any questions of my symptoms nor was interested to do any research to discover what the underlying problem was. He was not interested in any follow up sessions and could not get me out of the office quick enough. When I called to make further appointments I was rejected and the receptionist actually hung up on me after I advised I was disappointed with the service. For a doctor who deals with patients suffering neurological disorders, there was a huge lack of general concern. Very disappointed.
