The Period Extension and Design team lead by Frank are a capable and enthusiastic team. They undertook the renovation of our home, which to our delight exceeded our expectations. The design ideas, and advice was innovative and cutting edge. We were kept up to date with all facets of the renovation, always knowing what was happening next. The renovation went smoothly, with the easy transition of the different trades, with minimal disruption to our lives. The quality and finish of the work of these trades was to the highest standard. Reliability and honesty are the words we would use to describe our experience with Period Extension and Design. Well done.
The team at Period Extensions did such a beautiful job restoring and extending our period home. The design was far superior to others we had done; the attention to detail throughout the project was extremely impressive; and the renovating process was so much smoother and more enjoyable than we ever imagined. We were able to trust in their expertise and craftsmanship and had no major issues along the way. Moving back home has been really great and we are so grateful for the high quality of work the team consistently aspires to and definitely achieved for us.

The worst experience had with this company. I requested twice of my renovations and extension. For the first time, Amanda(I think designer) just gave me a call to let me send through my ideas via email, but after that never hearing back(not even with a reply email). For the second time, Amanda replied the email explained the reason why I didn’t receive reply. That was because the email was sitting in outbox, what a ridiculous excuse!!! (see photo)However, I still replied the email to show my good manner, asked if it is possible to make an appointment with her to discuss the renovation. Again, I didn’t hear back just the same as the first time. What a rude lady and what a awful company!!! This means they r totally not customer-oriented, they ignore customers. I am still lucky because this happens before handing over the renovation job to them. Those who r thinking using the company to do the job, please think twice, third times before signing contract with them. This company should disappear from the industry. Worst worst worst company!!!
