I am more than delighted to share with you all that this is the BEST courier franchise I've dealt with. As a global citizen, I've travelled and worked in a lot of different places, naturally have also used many courier services. Sam's Pack & Send Burwood Village service is TRULY unparallel. I was initially skeptical about the google reviews but they are all true!!!! Sam, the business owner treats you like a friend with full respect and understands you and try to work with you to the limit best. I don't usually write review but Pack & Send Burwood Village definitely deserves a 10/10 rating!! Sam's attention to details are the best and I've never seen a courier with such attention to detail, thoughtful and treat it as if the items belong to him! I was looking for a courier to send my personal belonging to US when I moved there to work last year. Thanks to Sam for his expertise in filing the paperworks to the US Customs and professional packing. He took all the stress off me and handled the whole process smoothly. I cannot thank him enough. One last thing, even after one year from moving to the US and called him for a copy of invoice as I misplaced mine, he responded right away and emailed me a scanned copy within 3 mins!! Man this is the greatest customer service that no one can compare. He is not one of those ‘I don’t want to be bothered by you after completion of business’. Sam and the team were fantastic. I had 6 personal packing boxes sent from Melbourne to San Francisco. They arrived inside a week in perfect condition.
