Wonderful Company To Experience! I have had the best experience out of all the companies I have been with over the years. Speak to real Aussies! Answered everytime by lovely and friendly staff! Even when there were issues they dealt with it appropriately and professionally. Great to see we still have great people and great service in our country! I will be recommending Diamond Energy to everyone who deserves their experience.

While the service is reliable with only one drop out in 18 months, the prices are rather high in my area. Prices begin at 28.4900 c/kWh and move up to 30.6900 c/kWh with higher usage. I can commend their quick activation only taking a day or two to turn my apartment on. I had thought the company held a good reputation and signed up after leaving home. I have now found that their customer service is sorely lacking with simple mistakes turning into angry affairs. I was not sent my latest bill, I've checked all spam and trash boxes and have found nothing. On this bill my monthly usage had gone up due to the colder seasons coming in. I was not aware of this and thus couldn't adjust my fortnightly payments accordingly. The first interaction I had to make me aware of this was a bold red letter email stating they would be enforcing a payment plan if I did not contact them immediately about an overdue amount. There was no reminder text message, no calm call asking if I was aware of this owing amount. I contacted the help line and received a very cold response from a woman essentially stating I was lying about not receiving the bill. I have had a payment plan set up for over a year making consistent payments but the second I was overdue, I was treated like a criminal. I will be removing myself as their customer when I can.

These guys are amazing. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but this is genuinely the best experience I’ve had with a utilities provider.. ever!? Changing to 100% renewable energy felt so great, was actually cheaper than what we were previously paying and the set up was so easy. Also, the customer service is amazing. It feels really personable, everyone I’ve spoken to over the years seems really genuine and are so quick to respond. Their referral programs are great too, we’ve recommended so many of our friends to them. HIGHLY recommend making the switch.

Not recommended, moving house from South Australia to Brisbane I asked them to disconnect and reconnect the new property they didn’t do it. They disconnected but they didn’t reconnect the new property and never told me it was lucky that the owner left the power on and we didn’t realise until they got a bill. And our normal bills were 8 to 900 a quarter in South Australia now we are with origin energy our bills and our 380 a quarter. Diamond energy is severely overpriced

We have been with Diamond Energy for over 5 years. They are a super company on many levels. Primarily because they are into green business practices and they treat their staff and customers respectfully..I think any great company has a lot to do with the people that work there..The people at Diamond are stellar. Every single person I have spoken to over the years was fantastic and went well beyond the call of duty with their customer support. This year Vinny assisted us in an outstanding way. She genuinely cares about what she does and offers help that has literally saved us loads of money..Her advice and care helped me educate my whole family about how we could reduce our bills and care for the planet a bit more whilst doing so...I cannot recommend Vinny highly enough. She is a legend, a gem, a total super star...I have no doubt many of her co-workers are similar too...The culture at Diamond is one to be modelled. Whatever they are doing at Diamonds, they are doing it right. They are attracting the right people and it seems to me, they respect their employees and give them the freedom to engage with people and educate them about green energy...looking after them...This in turn looks after us as customers, better too.

Great service, great pricing....they look after my business and home accounts...Both locations have solar systems and their credits are 100% accurate (whereas the other company which starts with an "O" didn't)...Its nice to see a company actually take pride in the services they provide.
