My Partner & I took my younger sister down to have her car evaluated for trade-in, as we are looking to purchase 2 new cars - We called ahead and had been asked to come down and ask for Mike, which we did on arrival, however when we did this the woman at the front desk was acting very strangely and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome from the get go - although we said we were happy to wait, we decided on seeing a different Nissan dealership as we were extremely put-off by the way we were (not) greeted when we arrived. Very unfortunate.

NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 STAR!! Rung first to enquire about a car as we were travelling up from the Gold Coast. Upon arrival, told it was sold, despite being told that someone would call us if it was sold so we didn’t have to drive up. Sales person denied taking our details, even though we could clearly see them written on a notepad on his desk. Was then told “oh it’s not sold” and shown a vehicle which was completely covered in hail damage! This hail damage was not advised nor photos showing damage on the Carsales.com advertisement nor mentioned during any phone conversation. COMPLETE DISHONESTY, FALSE ADVERTISING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will be contacting Nissan HQ to complain formally!

Great community service, extended a generous helping hand to a non-customer. Provided a lift into town to a member of the public who was taking shady respite in front of office..while contemplating my options of walking further into town.. Lovely lady at front desk offered me a lift.. I'm so so very grateful..Thank you for making my day...I'm sure being a customer would be a wonderful experience too. I'll be spreading your good word. A complete waste of time, terrible customer service, honestly do not believe they want to sell cars. Do yourself a favour and go to another Nissan dealer.
